Cancel at least 24 hours before your call and you get a full refund.
Reschedule once for free
You can move your call to another open slot once, at no cost, if you do it at least 24 hours before the call.
Late cancellations and no-shows
If you cancel within 24 hours of the call, or don't join within 15 minutes of the start time, the call counts as used and isn't refunded.
If I cancel
If I have to cancel, you choose: a full refund or a new slot.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
