The free tools
The resume builder, resume checker and application tracker run in your browser. If you don't sign in, your resume and applications are saved only on your device, in your browser's local storage, and never leave it. The resume checker never uploads your file, signed in or not.
If you create an account
You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. Your account then stores your name, email, the resume you build, the applications you track and the job plan you choose (degree, goal, field, city, role), so they sync across your devices.
This data is stored with Google Firebase, and only you can read it. I don't sell it, use it for ads, or share it. You can download everything from your account page, and deleting your account deletes all of it.
Messages you send
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email and message so I can reply. Messages are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. I don't add you to any mailing list.
Booking and payments
When you book a call, the booking tool and payment provider collect your name, email and payment details to schedule and process it. I receive your name, email, call time and anything you write in the booking form. I never see your full card or bank details.
Analytics and cookies
To see which pages and tools help people, the site measures visits and actions like "downloaded a resume" or "added an application". It uses PostHog (without cookies) and Google Analytics, which sets a first-party cookie with a random visitor ID. IP addresses are anonymised, there is no session recording, and nothing you type into the tools (your resume, applications or messages) is sent to them. If you're signed in, events are linked to a random account ID, never your name or email. No advertising cookies are used.
You can block these with your browser or an ad blocker; every tool keeps working. Video thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers. When you open a YouTube, Instagram or LinkedIn link, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Sharing
I don't sell or share your personal data, except with the services above that are needed to run the site, or when the law requires it.

YouTube API Services
I use a small personal tool called Vamsi Crosspost that uses YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos on my own YouTube channel. It is used only by me, only for my own channel, and it does not access, collect or store any data about viewers or other YouTube users.
By using YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
The tool stores only its own sign-in token, on my computer. You can revoke its access at any time from your Google security settings; once access is revoked or the token is deleted, nothing is kept. To ask about or delete any data, email hi@vamsimullapudi.com and I'll respond within 7 days.
